Ingredients

For Shredded Chicken
  • 1    chicken breast
  • 1    bay leaf
  • 1    chicken stock cube (optional) 
  • 3    garlic cloves            (crushed)
  • A little bit of ginger     (crushed)
For The Sandwich
  • 2    tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro or parsley
  • 2    tablespoon cheddar cheese 
  • 2    tablespoon mozzarella cheese
  • 4    tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 4    tablespoon tomato sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4      cup red bell pepper 
  • 1/4      cup green bell pepper 
  • 1/4      cup yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4      cup chopped onion
  • 1/2      teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/2      teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1          teaspoon Italian seasoning 
  • Butter as required

Direction

For Shredded Chicken
  • Boil 6 cups of water over medium heat in a deep pan.
  • Include 1 bay leaf, 1 chicken stock cube, 3 smashed garlic cloves, 1 crushed ginger piece, 1 tsp of black pepper, salt to taste, and 1 chicken breast.
  • 20 minutes of cooking it. Get rid of the heat.
  • Transfer the chicken breast to a plate. Allow it to cool down a bit.
  • Don't throw away the chicken breast's cooking water. It comes in every flavour. Use it to make curries or soup.
  • While it's still warm, shred it with the aid of a fork. Chicken is prepared to be shredded.
For Shredded Chicken Filling
  • Shredded chicken, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, salt, bell peppers, onions, Italian seasoning, black pepper powder, red pepper flakes, and cilantro should be combined in a mixing bowl.
